Copyrights

The copyrights for the Macedonian, European and International standard and standardization documents belong to ISRM and any duplication, distribution and resale, without the consent of ISRM, is banned and the same is subject to penalty sanctions in accordance with the Law of Copyright and other Related Rights.

Pursuant to Article 23 of the Law on Standardization, the Macedonian Standard is issued as a separate publication and the copyrights belong to ISRM.

The documents published on the ISRM web-page are also subject to the same use conditions as the ISRM publications. Any use of the documents, including partial copying or full use on a different web-page, is not allowed without prior approval by ISRM.

ISRM uses a stamp in order to protect the rights to usage of the international publications, i.e. Macedonian publications whereby the international and European publications are adopted.
